He was a Webmaster of the Shatin Police District Web site in 2002-2006. By that time, he was an Officer-in-charge of the Intelligence Gathering Team of the Shatin District Intelligence Unit. As well as he is also an Triad Expert and retired from the Hong Kong Police Force in January 2006 after 35 years service in the Government.
